C-6A Approve Interlocal Agreement between Clay County School Board and Rolling Hills Community Development District regarding use of District recreational facilities by Clay High School

Issue/Rationale

Clay High School uses the swimming pool facilities of the Rolling Hills Community Development District for practice and swim meets. Execution of the Interlocal Agreement is necessary to define the obligations and responsibilities of the Development District and the School Board.

Recommended Action
Superintendent recommends approval.
